Best: Well, Mandy has made her mark on me once again! After having ‘rested‘ for weeks on end from cancer treatments, she came over to kick and put my butt back where it belongs on my body – just below my lower back! Don’t worry folks, it’s a good thing, as Martha Stewart would tell me on a good day. We were going through some complex Pilates movements and the Alexander Method as my generous bottom tightened its way back to a reasonable spot! At least it’s back in plan and not on the floor!
Worst: Our little strengthening session was fantastic and boosted my psyche as I felt those compramised months, more like years, sweat off my brow. However, my biscuits are burning* and now I can’t walk or climb the stairs today!
